All Meat Should Come With A Handle

Like my delicious Veal Chop. (Judge away, I could care less)... but, yes... I just had an obscenely delicious veal chop, Roasted Tomatoes Provençal, Hen-of-the-woods Mushroom, Jalapeno Mashed Potatoes and not one, two or three... but FIVE dipping sauces.

And as if life weren't already effin wonderful, the amuse-bouche was a chicken liver pate'.

Somebody please slap me... just not hard
